At York St John University we know that the best way to develop as a music producer is by producing a lot of music. Our music production education put practical work at the heart of the learning experience. You will be immersed in a world of production projects, many of them with external artists and professional clients.

Our courses are designed to prepare students for a career in the music and media industries. We do this by inviting professional producers, artists and filmmakers to work with our students on live projects. This means students are exposed to a broad range of expertise and can develop their professionalism in the very same circles they will be interacting with when they graduate.
