Max Kearney-Fennell

Max is a Recording Engineer from Chester, currently residing in York. He has experience recording live sound gigs, such as Simon Snaize and Chris Johnson, and studio sessions. He started his career while studying Music Production at York St John University, and his abilities as an engineer have developed quickly in a short space of time. As a multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, bass, keys, drums, percussion, flute, jaw harp, and harmonica, he has also been involved with many studio productions as a session musician, most notably Young Apostle, and as an assistant producer. In addition he has worked as a composer, musician and producer of music on a variety of projects, solo, Cryptids, Marcellus, and Plastic Plant. In any of the projects he takes on, Max does not shy away from hard work or a good challenge.

Over the past year Max has written and recorded a commercial punk album called ‘Root Rot’ under the name Anarchtists.
